Pro and Business plan subscriptions are billed monthly. Annual billing is available with a 20% discount applied upfront.
Billing cycles start on the date your subscription is activated. You will receive an invoice by email at the start of each billing period.
The Team plan includes a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, you can choose to subscribe or your account reverts to the Free plan with data retained.
Upgrading from Free to Team takes effect immediately and is prorated for the remainder of the billing period. Upgrading to Business gives you SSO, custom branding, and dedicated support.
Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. If you exceed the Free plan limits on downgrade (e.g. more than 50 vault items), your items will be read-only until you either upgrade or reduce the count below the limit.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the admin dashboard or by contacting support. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No refund is issued for the unused portion of a billing period unless required by law.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for billing errors or technical failures that prevented access to the service. Submit a refund request within 14 days of the charge to billing@storemykey.com.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before any change takes effect.
